Purchasing Card Orders
Our online store, MilitaryFamilyBooks.com, accepts government purchasing cards and complies with government purchasing regulations. Most of our regular government buyers prefer to order via our Bulk Discounts section if the total purchase will be under the card limit. If you are a chaplain, family assistance center manager, or other key customer needing a quotation for your buyer, you may place your items in the cart and save your cart for later purchase. Simply print your cart summary to provide the estimate to your buyer, who may then complete the purchase online or call 651-357-8770.
For case quantity quotes, our Bulk Discounts section carries the best current sales pricing. If a title is not listed online or for quantities of 1000 or more, please email title, quantity requested, and need-by date to: email@example.com. See below for additional information about government bids.
Bids and Contracts
Government purchasers: To receive a quotation or bid for a government contract, simply send your line item ISBNs, titles, and quantities to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your ship to location, dock or inside delivery requirements, and need-by date. We will reply promptly with your written bid. Our SAM.gov registration is active under Elva Resa Publishing LLC, and we can also submit bids via other government-contract bid sites. We qualify for women-owned small business set aside. For all Elva Resa published books, we qualify as best-price, source-supplier.
Suppliers bidding on current open contracts: In order to be fair to all potential contractors, we have implemented a standard bid process. Please visit this government open bid page for pricing on Elva Resa titles listed on current open bids.
Invoicing and Payments
We accept government purchasing cards as well as invoicing/payment via DFAS WAWF and SWIFT.
DoDEA and military community schools may submit purchase orders direct or via their district offices, according to your district policy. We invoice schools on a Net-15 or Net-30 Day basis according to school board payment terms.
We are a listed vendor in the Killeen School District eBid System and participate in many school vendor programs.
We are an approved supplier in the Marine Corps Exchange program and ship via the Landair Vendor Logistics TMS Portal. AAFES stores may order direct or through your mass merchandiser.
We do not supply under our own GSA contract, but some of our key resellers do provide our books on their GSAs. Please contact us for a referral if you require GSA contract spending.
