Timrod Library 217 Central Avenue , SummervilleTerri Barnes, author of Spouse Calls: Messages From a Military Life, is featured in “Author, Author!” a literary event on June 15, 2017, in Summerville, South Carolina. She will appear at the Timrod Library, 217 Central Ave, 5:30-8:30 PM to sign copies of Spouse Calls, a compilation of her award-winning Stars and Stripes column, as well as Stories Around the Table: Laughter, Wisdom, and Strength in Military Life, for which she was an editor and a contributor.
Barnes Leads Journaling Workshop at Connections Women’s Conference Sept. 22-24, 2017
Terri Barnes, author of Spouse Calls: Messages From a Military Life, will be a featured workshop leader at “Connections,” a women’s conference of the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina Sept. 22-24, 2017, at St. Christopher Camp and Conference Center. Terri’s workshop, “My Journal, Tablet of My Heart,” will focus on journal writing as a spiritual discipline.
