Kathy Feedham Raggio has been associated with the military all her life. She was born into an Army family in Germany, grew up on military bases in Europe, taught in DoDDS (DoDEA) schools in Okinawa, Japan, married an Air Force officer, and raised their three kids through eight military moves.

Kathy and her husband live in Florida.
