An editor, freelance journalist, and military spouse, Amy Bushatz wrote “Something’s Rank” in Stories Around the Table: Laughter, Wisdom, and Strength in Military Life.

Stepping forward and learning to be friends with people who are not like you can be the key to surviving this life of constant moves.
