Brenda Pace wrote “The Perfect Move,” a story about her family’s experience with military moves, in Stories Around the Table: Laughter, Wisdom, and Strength in Military Life.
An author and speaker with a passion for bringing encouragement and hope to women, she has been the keynote speaker for women’s retreats in Korea, Japan, Turkey, Germany, Italy, and numerous locations across the United States.
Her books include Journal of a Military Wife, Medals Above My Heart, The One Year Yellow Ribbon Devotional, and Military Woman’s E100 Bible Study. She also contributed to Stories of Faith and Courage From the Homefront.
Brenda holds a bachelor’s in education from Lee University, a master’s in education from Columbus State University, and a master’s in christian leadership from Liberty Theological Seminary.
She lives in Tennessee, the place of her birth, with her husband Richard. Brenda is the Coordinator of Community Service Chaplains for the Church of God denomination. Richard, a retired US Army chaplain with twenty-eight years of service, serves as the chaplain endorser and coordinator for vocational chaplains at the Church of God Chaplains Commission. The Paces are the parents of two married sons and the proud grandparents of four grandchildren.
