Corie Weathers, author of Sacred Spaces: My Journey to the Heart of Military Marriage, is the featured guest on Millie’s Baseside Chat at noon Eastern, May 20, 2020. Corie will discuss the psychology behind the stress of military moves with host Kellie Artis.
With pandemic conditions and measures adding even more stress for military families this season, Corie will discuss positive methods of self-care. As well as being a licensed professional counselor, Corie is also in the midst of a permanent change of station (PCS) as an army wife. She will offer timely insight into the tools she’s using right now to manage her own self care.
