Molinari is Mother’s Day Guest on Milspouse Matters Podcast

Lisa Smith Molinari, author of the witty memoir The Meat and Potatoes of Life: My True Lit Com, is the special Mother’s Day  guest on the Milspouse Matters podcast with Jen McDonald on May 10, 2020.

Lisa talks to Jen about the challenges and rewards of being a mom and how writing and a sense of humor can help anyone cope with the challenges of parenting and military life. Lisa describes herself as a “garden variety military spouse” faced with all the same difficult and sometimes absurd circumstances of military life as every other spouse. Through it all, she says her ability to laugh and process her experiences through writing kept her sane.
